Service scope
Research Submission Hub provides ethical editing, proofreading, formatting, submission guidance, and reviewer-response support according to the written quotation or agreement.
No publication guarantee
Editing does not guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing, peer-review timing, citation performance, or any decision controlled by a journal, publisher, institution, or database.
Author responsibility
The author remains responsible for research integrity, factual and technical accuracy, authorship, permissions, ethics approval, consent, citations, declarations, and final submission decisions.
Prohibited requests
The service does not create assessed work on a student’s behalf, fabricate data or references, conceal plagiarism, manipulate results, impersonate an author, or guarantee bypass of detection systems.
Quotations, payment, and timing
Prices and schedules depend on the files and scope supplied. Work begins only after any required confirmation and payment. New content, scope changes, or accelerated deadlines may require a revised quotation.
Revisions
Clarifications and corrections within the agreed scope may be available for a stated period. New writing, major restructuring, changed instructions, or additional files may be treated as new work.
Chat and human handover
The automated assistant answers from a local set of exactly 160 FAQs. Answers are general information, not a binding quotation or professional legal, medical, statistical, or research-ethics opinion. Visitors may request a human agent at any time.
Confidentiality
Clients should remove personal identifiers and share only the information needed for the service. Separate confidentiality terms may be agreed for appropriate projects.
